The Ice Cream Truck

We heard music from our backyard and mom got excited and said it was the ice cream truck. I didn't get it because the ice cream truck I always get to ride is at Wal-mart and it doesn't go anywhere but back and forth. Daddy told us to go so we ran outside and there it was...big white and shinny, with a beautiful noise and lots of kids picking out what kind of ice cream they wanted! Now this was a REAL truck! Daddy got me my very first push up! It was yummy. I can't wait until I hear that music again!

Monster Trucks on the Beach

Mom and Daddy took me to Monster Trucks on the Beach! It was GREAT, other than the weather!!! Trucks were everywhere! I just kept saying TRUCK, TRUCK, BIG TRUCK! And then we found the mother truck of all times, the FIRE TRUCK! After we looked at lots of trucks we went and took a ride in a REAL Monster Truck on the beach! I sat in my own big boy seat and was so excited, until the ride started. Then I was terrified! I didn't cry though. Mom sat across from me and she kept screaming like this was so much fun and daddy was holding on to me but I wasn't so sure. We went over bumps and turned fast corners and when it was all over, I wanted to ride the other BIG TRUCK!!! If I wasn't shivering it would have been the greatest day ever!!!

TORNADO WARNINGS

Last week we had Thunderstorm and TORNADO WARNINGS!!! We live about 1 cm south of the words Virginia Beach on the map. Mom was freaking out! She made a palet in the closet for me and tried to get me to play in there. Daddy was at work and a tornado touched down right down the street from him. We were fine though, safe and sound!!

Pickin' Strawberries

We were headed to Pungo to pick produce and found a patch called Flip Flop Produce! It sounded so cute we had to stop. We picked 2 baskets of strawberries, with little help from Sullivan. He was too busy eating what he picked. Took a little bit to get him to pick the red ones and not the green or yellow ones. He was a funny little guy and we all had a good time with delicious strawberries to show for it!!!
